These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“you” or “Client”) and LIFT-ACADEMY FITNESS INSTRUCTION SERVICES, operating under the trade name The Lift Academy, a fitness instruction services provider based in the Philippines. By accessing or using our website, subscribing to our coaching services, or purchasing any of our digital products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Subscription and Cancellation Policy
All Lift Academy programs require a minimum commitment of six (6) months to help you gain the knowledge, skills, and support needed for long-term, sustainable change. This period is essential for delivering consistent coaching, strategic adjustments, and visible results.
Subscription fees are billed monthly via direct debit, processed securely through Xendit. If you wish to cancel after your minimum term, one (1) calendar month’s notice is required. Failure to give proper notice will result in an additional month’s charge.
In the event of failed payments, The Lift Academy reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding balances. Such failures may impact your credit standing.
After the six-month term, your subscription automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancellation notice is provided. To cancel, you must notify us at least one (1) month before the end of the initial term.
Non-compliance with these terms may result in legal proceedings. Fines and penalties may also be added to unpaid balances.
Upfront Payment Clients
Clients who pay in full upfront for any coaching program are covered for the minimum term. After this period, the plan will convert into a monthly subscription billed through Xendit. The same one-month notice rule applies to cancellations.
8-Week Shred Challenge
Clients subscribed to the 8-Week Shred Challenge are billed monthly via Xendit. After eight weeks, the subscription continues unless cancellation notice is provided at week 6. The standard one-month cancellation notice applies.

A. Confidentiality
All personal, health, and medical information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent. You may choose to authorize Lift Academy to use your progress photos for promotional purposes.
B. Recommendations
We may recommend exercise and lifestyle changes based on professional judgment. These recommendations are personalized to support your goals.
C. Referral
If deemed necessary, we may refer you to licensed medical professionals for matters beyond our scope.

2. Check-Ins
Check-ins are essential for monitoring progress and accountability. Clients are expected to submit weekly check-ins that include photos, body measurements, and other tracker entries. If you cannot submit on your assigned check-in day, please inform us in advance and submit a day earlier.

3. Your Responsibility to Us
A. Disclosure of Information
You must disclose all relevant health, medical, and psychological information at onboarding and keep us updated of any changes. In some cases, medical clearance may be required.
B. Acceptance of Risks
Exercise involves physical exertion and risk. By joining, you acknowledge these risks and agree to sign the informed consent form and waiver.

4. Essential Protocols to Follow
• Complete weekly Lift Academy progress trackers
• Log daily body weight
• Submit weekly progress photos every Monday
• Record step count averages weekly
• Report the number of completed workouts each week (e.g., 4/5)
• Evaluate visible body composition changes through photos
• Request program changes through your check-in form

5. Contact with Your Coach
Coaching hours are as follows:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PH time)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
Messages outside of these hours may not receive immediate responses.
Coach Leave Policy: Coaches may take up to three (3) weeks of vacation per year. A mandatory 7-day leave occurs between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. These days are credited to the end of your contract.

5.1 Coach Transition Policy
If your coach departs from Lift Academy, a new coach will be assigned within 48 hours (up to 5 business days during holidays). You will be contacted within 24 hours by Client Success. One day will be added to your subscription for each day without a coach. No refunds will be issued during this period. Standard cancellation policies remain in effect.

All testimonials are from real clients. Results may vary and depend on program adherence. We do not guarantee identical outcomes. Our coaches are not medical professionals. Always consult your doctor before starting any new fitness or diet program. Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, illness, or death resulting from our services.

Cancellation Policy
All coaching plans require a six-month minimum term. Afterward, subscriptions roll monthly. To cancel:
• Provide 1 month’s notice before your billing date
• Example: If billed on the 10th, give notice on or before the 10th of the previous month
Failure to do so results in one additional payment. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

Refunds Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and intellectual property nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers. Make sure you are 100% committed before purchasing.
Digital products (plans, PDFs, eBooks, guides, video content, etc.) are protected under copyright. These are licensed for individual use only. Sharing or redistribution is prohibited.
All payments are securely processed via Xendit. We do not store your card information.

After purchasing a plan, you will receive a confirmation email and health & lifestyle questionnaire. Your custom plan will be delivered within 7 days of submission.
